1. What sort of Residential property opportunities do you source?

As far as you, the investor, is concerned that’s dependent on what strategy you want to pursue. There are several different types of property strategy including Buy to Let, House of Multiple Occupation, Service Accommodation to name a few. We’ll discuss in more detail the strategy that you most align with and we’ll decide a strategy from there.

2. Do you source just residential property, or can you source commercial property as well?

While most properties we source are residential, we can also source commercial, dependent on your requirements.

3. Do you just source in the North East of England?

Although we have specialised knowledge of the North East area, we also have access to a vast network of contacts across the UK that we can liaise with and introduce you to if you have a desire to invest in other areas.

4. How much will it cost to have you source a property for me?

That really is dependent on the service you require from us. We can manage everything from sourcing, renovating, refurbishing and finding tenants for your investment. We’re confident that you’ll be happy with the fee you pay once, to receive the investment return for a lifetime.

5. How long will it take for you to find me an investment property?

After initial consultation, due diligence is complete and both parties are happy to proceed, we can get the ball rolling. We’ll go and find the property you want to add to, or start, your property portfolio.

6. Do you have a team of tradesmen who can carry out refurbishments?

Yes, we work closely with local well vetted trades people to help with doing everything that’s required in your investment property.

7. Can you guide me through getting a mortgage or bridging finance?

We can’t organise your mortgage for you, however we can introduce you to professionally qualified mortgage brokers and financiers in our network.

8. Do you need me to do any viewings with you?

That’s up to you. I would suggest that you let us get on with what we do best, in finding a property. We’ll run the figures, present them to you and then if you’re satisfied, you could view the property when the offer is accepted and progressing.

9. How much involvement am I required to give?

That’s also up to you. However, we’re certain once you see how we work you’ll be confident to have us manage the whole package for you.

10. Do I pay you the deposit and refurbishment fees?

The fees required for legals and mortgage are paid directly by you. We can decide what’s best as far as paying tradespeople for refurbs when the situation arises.
